This Artply Model 77 dollhouse kit is made of quality, pre-cut lauan mahogany plywood. It's never been out of the box so all 12 sheets are intact and in good shape. Detailed instructions and plastic window material is all present and in very good condition despite the somewhat damaged original box. There is a moisture stain on the cardboard but none of the wood was affected. No mold or smells.
The box says, "easy to assemble, no tools needed, made in the USA!
It's been packaged carefully in additional plastic and cardboard and ready to drop in the mail. I assembled one similar for my daughter and found it easy to follow the instructions. Will provide many happy hours for adults and kids alike.
